  • All items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Order cancellations can only be accommodated within 30 minutes of placing an order.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • Kindly note that our shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Business Days are Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).


United States – 48 Contiguous States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Flat fee of $6.99.
    • Free shipping for orders totaling $200 and above.
  • Express Shipping: 3-4 business days.
    • $8.99 for orders totaling $200 and above.
    • $19.99 for orders below $200.
  • United States – Hawaii and Alaska:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.
      • Flat fee of $6.99.
      • Free shipping for orders totaling $300 and above.
      • No Express Shipping available.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping rates for international orders are calculated during the checkout process.
    • Delivery typically takes 3-20 business days after the processing period.
    • Please note that Express Shipping is not available for international orders.
  • Custom Charges:
    • DISAMCATH cannot be held responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by customs in your country related to your shipment.

 

Important Information Regarding Pre-Order Items

Kindly take note that all pre-order items feature a specified ship date within the product description. If your order includes any “Pre-order” or “Back-order” items, please be aware that we will ship your entire order together with these items once they become available.

If you wish to receive your “in-stock” items promptly, we recommend placing a separate order for them. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you receive your items in the most convenient manner possible.

Refused Deliveries

Should a delivery be refused, the associated expenses will include the original shipping cost and the cost of return shipping. In instances of a refused delivery, please be aware that your refund will be subject to deductions, encompassing the total delivery cost, return shipping expenses, and a 50% restocking fee.


Responsibility for Package Receipt and Returns

Please be advised that once our system confirms the delivery or signature for your package, we cannot be held responsible for any further issues. Additionally, in the event of a lost package during the return process, we cannot accept liability.

Refund Policy
