We do not offer customization of our items; they are shipped as they are. Additionally, we do not sell fabric.

Pre-order items have their shipping date specified in the product description. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. Should you wish to split the order, please note that additional shipping costs may apply.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. DISAMCATH does not provide return shipping labels. Additionally, a handling fee may be assessed on orders refused by the customer upon delivery or returned due to being “undeliverable” or incomplete address.
